VINTAGE TOSHIBA ESPER PS 12 ORANGE ELECTRIC PENCIL SHARPENER. RARE!!! Condition is Used. Shows normal wear from usage. There are visible scuffs on the surface. They are pencil risidues and may need a little cleaning. The metal hardware trims shows tarnish. I tested the item out and in full working order.
