For those of you who aren't familiar, vapor honing is an abrasive blasting process similar to sandblasting but by introducing water, or vapor, into the equation produces a result that leaves a much finer surface. It is also safe to be used on internal engine parts such as cylinders, heads, cases, pistons, and practically anything else. It is the perfect solution for engine rebuilders as it cuts time in trying to scrape, sand, or use chemical processes to clean old mating surfaces of rust, gasket material, and general debris while keeping the underlying machined surface to the exact same parameters, unlike with sandblasting. However, vapor honing can go way above and beyond this niche and also provide benefit in cleaning just about any material of rust, corrosion, dirt, etc for whatever need you may have. We house one of the largest capacity cabinets in the industry allowing us to tackle projects as big as small car rims. Our maximum comfortable working dimensions are 48"W X 30"D X ~24"H.
