Because there are millions of sellers on eBay there is wide variation in what to expect from items of a certain condition. We strive to be as transparent and consistent as possible about our listed items and their condition. Below is our standard for item conditions:
"New"
- The item is still factory sealed or new with tags. There is no wear or use whatsoever. Buying a "new" condition item from us is no different than the condition you would receive from a big box store.
"Open-Box / New-Other"
- The item shows absolutely no signs on use but the item's original packaging may be opened, damaged, or is missing/replaced. This item itself will be in the same condition as a "new" product only the packaging may be as described.

- The item has been previously owned but shows very little use but shows some sign of use and is thus not listed as "Open-Box / New-Other." This may include the power cord being unraveled, very minor cosmetic signs, or other minor overall wear.

- The item has been previously owned but is in excellent working condition. There may be some minor cosmetic flaws or missing accessories (which

"Used: Fair"
- The item has been previously owned and shows significant signs of use. Accessories may be missing (which, if is the case, will be noted). The item still functions but may have minor issues or decreased performance.
"For Parts / Not Working"
- The item does not work as intended, is missing parts that are imperative to the functioning of the item, or could not be tested and is thus listed as not working. The item is listed because it is believed that there is potential for refurbishing the item into working condition or because there are parts worth salvaging from the item. Please refer to all pictures and additional description for more information about the item.
