This corrupt software, bricked DME repair service will restore the software in the bricked DME without the need of buying new one from the dealer. Additionally we will update the DME to the latest software for free (if available). The DME will be Plug n' Drive and will require no additional programming. Old keys will work. Simply install the ECU and start the car.
DME software can get corrupted due to: programming failure (Progman, ISTA-P, Autel, Autologic, WINKFP), low battery, failed tuning attempt, defective flash file.
Symptoms of defective DME are: no communication, no start, 2AB4 DME internal ERROR: RAM checksum, P0601 RAM checksum error, P0604 internal control module random access memory (RAM) error, P0605 - internal control module read only memory (ROM) error, 150 and 157 DME memory test fault, 2774 engine cut off time, 28B2 RPM limiting reset, 27A1 electronic throttle controller start check, 2830 DME RAM self-test checksum, 2796 electronic throttle controller adaptation wrong, 2869 DME self diagnostics RAM check failed, 286B DME self diagnostics multi output module, 2FA4 - DME Incorrect Data Record, car in Limp Mode, 1F21 DME Incorrect Data Record: Variant Monitoring, 1F2108 DME, incorrect data record: Variant monitoring, 1F2601 DME, encoding: Missing, 1F2604 DME, encoding: Vehicle identification number wrong.
